What Types of Exercises Will I be Doing?

It’s all about determining what your goals are and building a plan that works for you. Nutrition is fundamental to getting in shape. Looking at some basic guidelines of fuelling your body correctly can apply to everyone. The exciting bit is creating a fitness game-plan specific to you.

Your fitness goals should focus on how you compare to your former self and not anyone else. That could certainly involve losing weight, gaining muscle-tone, getting into a dress, planning for the coming rugby season, having a beach body for a holiday, improving endurance and so on… So what’s your goal?

Based in Tring & covering all surrounding areas, we offer a friendly and professional response to any enquiry about you and your goals. Building a relationship together and focusing on what you want allows us to achieve an ideal plan about how we can get there.

You can expect something very creative and effective, something hugely important as you progress. Integrating a practical exercise programme into your daily life that delivers to your individual needs is my job. Lean on Me is about you!

When Should I Start?

As soon as possible! Your body will love you for focusing on your health. You’ll notice physical changes after your first 30 days of training but adaptations will take effect immediately. Exercise elevates your mood, increases confidence and gives you the energy to do more. Personal Training is available on a flexible timetable to suit you. Give yourself what you deserve now!

How Much Does it Cost?

I offer a FREE 1 Hour Review which will help us plan out how you will reach your Fitness Goals.

Packages vary from individual PAY-GO sessions through to 10-week blocks. You can see full details on our Packages page.

Before we commence it is important that you are ready to train and are willing to commit 100% to your programme and success. Your first steps are to complete some questions via email along with a 7day food diary. You will receive some nutritional information that you must read and confirm that you can adhere to.

Our first discussion will be about your current lifestyle, family, extra activities, stresses, injuries and goals etc. I will look at the way your body currently works, your posture and make note of any imbalances that may be present. We will also take measurements and pictures for us to work from (for your eyes only).
