While we offer in-home Personal Training and Nutrition courses that are great for weight-loss and individual goals, our Bootcamps are a great way to begin your fitness journey with us! Exercising in a group outside in natures elements really has a different vibe to it! Being outdoors and breathing in fresh air lowers stress while being with other people is highly important to mental well-being!
We stand out as the ultimate destination for those seeking to push their limits, develop self-confidence and embark on an adventure filled with laughter.
We use Boxing, Kettlebells, HIIT, Pilates & Yoga to provide a variety of workouts that keep you coming back for more! With over a decade of teaching experience, the interactive style of training helps engages the brain as well as the brawn! Naturally working out with others creates a friendly competetive environment. We really get the best out of you every time!
Boxing non-contact pad-work is a fan favourite in our sessions. You do not need to be experienced as all technique is shown and we welcome all ages, levels and abilities! Often other traditional Bootcamps focus on doing as much as possible, leading to burnout and a likelihood of injury. We believe our attention to detail regarding correct form means that our clients improve week on week without the risk of over-training. Our fitness family is professionally ran. We communicate well to every Bootcamper, because knowing more about you ensures we support you to be the best you can be!
