Our personalised full access support is designed to hit your Health and Fitness goals. We help you censor yourself against your original poor habits and allow you to build new ones that prevent you from failing.

How it works!
New clients complete an interview and questionnaire in order to understand you and your goals. You receive a judgement free review of your current diet and an analysis on your lifestyle.
Every individual is unique, and what works for one client might not work for another. I tailor all strategies and ideas specifically for the individual client, considering their lifestyle, preferences, and potential challenges.
We offer 100% Online Coaching but, if we live near each other, some sessions can take place in person, although we don’t have to see each other in person for this to work.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Support when you need it!
I provide a daily touchpoint via WhatsApp, where all clients check-in with their daily food intake along with a general update. In addition, we have weekly Zooms where we discuss something great or positive that has happened that week plus how stress, sleep, hunger and activity levels have been.
All of this is intended to keep you accountable to you so that, when you stop working with me, you know exactly what to do in the long term.
GOAL SETTING
Set your fitness & weight loss destination so that you have clear steps to follow!
I help in setting realistic, achievable short-term and long-term goals, ensuring clients feel a sense of accomplishment regularly without getting disheartened by trying to achieve the impossible. It’s important to have a destination when you get in your car and a fitness journey is no different.
NUTRITIONAL
On-going nutrition coaching so that you always understand why & what we are doing!
Navigating the world of food can be confusing. From understanding labels to building a balanced plate, I provide clear, easy-to-follow dietary advice, simplifying the complex world of nutrition. All this while still giving my clients the ability to enjoy food they like (such as at weekends) and follow plans they enjoy.
Follow personalised dietary plans that help you develop the eating habits necessary to achieve the body condition you’re looking for.
PROGRESS TRACKING
See how far you’ve come to stay focused and maintain momentum!
I help clients monitor their progress, be it through weigh-ins or other benchmark methods such as waist measurements. By keeping an eye on how far you’ve come, you stay motivated. Measuring your results also helps to identify if we need to adjust strategies. It all goes into a weekly tracking sheet which is recorded, sent and explained to you.
EXERCISE
Fitness ideas & plans suitable at home, outdoors or gym based.
Monitoring your movement is important for tracking estimated calorie expenditure and the impact on sleep, stress and hunger. Some clients require a written programme. Others already have an existing routine. Some of you will exercise with us! This fat-loss course will compliment what you’re already doing to further support your goals.

Whatever is needed, we can help! On tough days, I am your cheerleader or just someone who listens. We can help you deal with negativity & lack of support from others. Improve your time management & positive thinking skills. We have ideas to help with mental health such as journaling, breathing and talking. We are confident we have what you need!
